I suspect that perfmon /report hasn't been fully adapted to Win10 I found lot's of problems in the perfmon report - so I ran it on my Win10 system and got the same results. I am getting BSOD in every ~10 minutes with every Winodws 10 drivers (352.84 WHQL and 352.63 beta (earlier or later Win8.1 drivers give Error code 43, which means Windows has stopped the device, because it has reported problems.)
